A soothing blend using herbs you likely already have in your garden or can easily purchase. This tea helps settle the stomach and promotes healthy digestion after meals.

Ingredients:

  • 3 parts dried chamomile flowers
  • 2 parts dried peppermint leaves
  • 1 part dried lemon balm (or fresh if available)
  • 1 part fennel seeds (lightly crushed)
  • 1/2 part dried ginger root

Simple Preparation:

Lightly crush the fennel seeds with the back of a spoon to release their oils. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and store in a sealed jar.

Brewing Instructions:

Use 1 teaspoon per cup of hot (not boiling) water. Steep covered for 5 minutes. Strain and sip slowly, ideally 20 minutes before or after meals.
